Privacy.
This site collects personal data in one place only: the contact form. Here is what that data is, why we ask for it, how long it stays and how you can have it deleted.
Who handles your data
The data controller is Alessandro Bosisio, VAT no. 03880110139.
For anything concerning your personal data — including simply asking for it to be deleted — you can write to info@trust-dap.com. There is no data protection officer: given the size and nature of the processing, one is not required.
What data we collect
The form on the Let's talk page asks for: full name, company, work email, phone (optional) and the text of your message. Nothing else.
The site uses no profiling cookies, no analytics tools, loads no resources from third-party services and does not track your browsing. The only two things it saves in your browser both concern the language you want to read in: they stay on your device and never reach us. The cookies page explains them one by one.
Like any website, the infrastructure hosting it records incoming requests in its own technical logs. Those records belong to the hosting provider and are needed to run and secure the service; we do not use them to profile visitors.
How it reaches us
This is worth understanding, because it changes things: the form does not send your data to any server of this site. When you press “Send the request”, the site opens your own mail program with the message already composed, and you are the one who sends it.
As a result the data reaches us only if and when you decide to press send in your mail program, and it travels as an ordinary email to info@trust-dap.com. Until then it stays on your device.
Why we process it, and on what basis
For one thing only: to answer your request. To get back to you, understand your case, arrange a meeting if it helps.
We do not use it for commercial messages you did not ask for, we do not profile, we take no automated decisions about you and we pass it to no one.
The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box before sending. You can withdraw it whenever you like by writing to info@trust-dap.com; withdrawal does not make what was done beforehand unlawful.
How long we keep it
The data lives in email correspondence. We keep it for as long as it takes to handle your request and the contacts that follow from it, and then for the period in which it might be needed to defend a legal claim.
If you ask us to delete it, we delete it — and we confirm that it has been done.
Who it may be shared with
Your data is not disseminated and is not passed to third parties for their own purposes.
It is accessible, only to the technical extent needed to run the service, to the providers hosting the site and the mailbox. There is no other recipient.
Transfers outside the European Union
The controller does not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you these rights over data concerning you:
- to access the data and obtain a copy of it;
- to have it corrected, if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- to have it erased;
- to have the processing restricted;
- to object to the processing;
- to receive it in a machine-readable format and have it transferred to another controller;
- to withdraw your consent at any time.
How to exercise them
Just write to info@trust-dap.com. No particular form is needed: an email saying what you want is enough. We answer within the period set by the regulation.
If you receive no answer, or the answer does not satisfy you, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the national data protection authority.
Changes to this notice
If something changes — a new tool, a different purpose — the updated version is published on this page with the new date, and the changes apply from that moment.
We make no retroactive changes: what you have already sent stays governed by the notice in force when you sent it.
Last updated: August 2026.
